My stylist switched to NCS so I switched with her...and I'm glad I did! Kayleigh is an amazing stylist who keeps up with current trends and knows my personal hair needs. She's always smiling and makes getting my hair done such a fun and enjoyable experience! Everyone at the salon has me looking forward to my next appointment!

I usually hate getting my haircut, but Anna at NCS listened to what I wanted to be able to do with my hair and did a great job!!! I recommend NCS to everyone.

I have been going to NCS for a couple of years as Autumn as my stylist and she always does a fantastic job, would not go anywhere else; also the staff is just wonderful!!

I've been coming here for years. Lisa does a great job with my color (no matter which mood I'm in!) and cuts -- we recently cut off about 10 inches, and it looks great. Everyone is super friendly, and it's not one of those wacky chain salons that always has freaky music playing in the background. Bonus: Victor Allen's is almost next door, so grab a latte or chai before you come in for your hair.

The best in Madison. I only get my hair done with Autumn... She's funny too.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE this salon! I get tons of compliments almost daily on my hair since Autumn has been doing it. I love the feel of my hair and the look. The product knowledge she has is amazing also. Highly recommend and will never go anywhere else! Jodi also did my 3 children's school haircuts and they LOVED her and she did a wonderful job!

My mom got me to go to New Concepts a couple years ago and ever since I haven't stopped going to see Autumn. I always love how she does my hair and she gives great advice to keep my hair long and healthy. I have suggested this place and Autumn to many friends and I will keep doing so, that's how great of place this is.

I have super curly hair and it's super thick too. I had a horrible experience at a different salon in Madison, resulting in me driving to my hometown, Chicago, to get a hair cut every few months....talk about "doing the most". Then, I met Kayleigh at new concept salon and I cannot explain how great she is! And she's very knowledgable about curly hair and always teaches me new tricks to do when I style my hair alone! And she listens!! If you tell her to cut a half inch, she will only cut a half inch. She's the best. Everyone reading this, Please don't pack up her schedule so she still has time for me!

I called New Concepts Salon on Tuesday and was able to get an appointment the same day. That was very convenient for me, since i have limited availability due to work and school. Jodi took care of me and was able to give me a spa pedicure, gel manicure, and waxed my eyebrows. She did a great job and was very sweet and easy to get along with. Normally I like to have a quiet salon experience, but I found myself really enjoying our conversation. I will definitely come back for more manicures from her in the future.

I was searching for a new hair stylist since I moved to the Madison area. I wish I started my search here first! Everyone is very nice, but Sara is the best! She always recommends new cuts or color combos when I feel like changing my style up, and offers advice for any hair question I have. She knows what will look good on anyone and gives you her honest, professional opinion if she thinks something won't be flattering, which is great!
