Dutiful Daughter

I used Dutiful Daughter at a difficult time in my family. I had planned on using them at least two more times; but can honestly say I will never use them again. In the beginning the services they provided was very good. As time went on for a mutli-day home clean up the services provided worsened and the promises made by the owner was not kept.



I was told if I wanted to keep items to let them know and I would be able to keep them. Instead some of the items I specifically told them I wanted to keep in our family was "donated". I was very disappointed that things I wanted are forever gone.



Not only that, the price was more than twice what was originally quoted. I paid as I had already started with the company and 1/2 way through the cost doubled; but by then what was I suppose to do. Have them stop and try and find another company.



I originally planned on having them clear out a house, storage bin, and then eventually I was going to have them work on my own house. The only thing accomplished was the clearing out of the house, which they did; but they did not complete the final "broom sweep" and to make matters worse one of the employees yelled at me (the paying customer) and was rude toward the end of the project.



I have numerous co-workers who are in a similar situation as I was and a few asked me if I would recommend the company I used. I can not do that to my friends and co-workers.



Granted other people have had good experiences with this company as I read their reviews which is why I choose this company. Sadly, I did not. I will not be using them again; nor will I recommend them. Buyer beware.
