The Walking Company

I've worked in retail in my life so I'm patient and understanding with retail employees, with that being said, I went in to buy uggs this afternoon around 3:30/4 was approached by no one, so I patiently waited to ask if my size was available. Finally told someone and waited as they went out back. Saw the women come back out go to a different customer and start selling her. I waited again as it is the holidays and I understand. Ten minutes went by when I approached a gentlemen to ask what the status was. He tells me sorry she should have told you you we don't have that style available. I asked why I stood around waiting so long for that simple answer to which he replied were doing the best we can. As I am leaving the store I hear him making fun of my shoe size to the preteens at the register and talking badly about the situation that just arose to third parties that weren't involved. I went back apologized about my fathers attitude who was with me, but kindly explained how displeased i was with the customer service I received and the fact I was being blatantly bullied because of my shoe size. All in all he laughed about my complaint and carried on. I will never, not even in the worst circumstances do business with the walking company again. And relay the message to anyone who thinks about shopping there.
