This place was ridiculous. Brought a tire in for repairs, had it a week. Had the tire in stock mind you, and they DID nothing with this tire! They HAD the tire a WEEK to FIX, and still wasn't fixed! Horrible service, with horrible excuses. Then the nerve to say, "oh we have to order it" AFTER stating it was in stock prior, and still nothing was done? Then told, "I don't know if we can find your tire?" REALLY?! How do you NOT know where the tire was I dropped off? There is no excuse for how it was handled. Do you not talk to each other? This was very poor customer service. I will never go there again. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Find somewhere else to get your tires repaired.

I wouldn't even give this shop or Girl star at all I wouldn't even call or shall I call it a circus they messed up 3 people's cars that I know of refuse to make it right my brother went up there and took his truck up there all I needed is brake shoes put on the back of his truck they messed it up they didn't bleed the brakes they screwed up the master cylinder they didn't even hook up the emergency brake cost me more money to fix his truck actually did it and then they sit there and blame you the customer yeah right I want bring a broken tricycle there that's it alongside the road but sit down for a year before I brought everything is like shop 2250 to get a tire plugged really I want even give him one star but it's required to give them something

Recently had work done in this shop. Bought tires and paid for an alignment. Inner tie-rods were weak and needed to be changed. I had them do that work too. Pricing was fair, service was relatively speedy. When I returned due to substantial road noise, the 3 mechanics were huddled around another car and couldn't be bothered to perform a simple test drive with me to address the whine that occurrs above 55 mph. Very rude,. unprofessional and unmotivated. I would strongly suggest finding another shop for tires or service. I will be posting similar ratings on other sites due to my displeasure with this shop's employees.
