Aspens Signature Steaks

My husband and I ate at Aspen's Saturday evening to celebrate my birthday on the recommendation of his coworker. I love prime rib but have been dissapointed so many times. This was the juciest, most flavorful prime rib I have ever ate! Cooked to perfection just the way I like it (medium rare.) I got the corn with bacon and jalopenos as a side- yummy- even warmed up for lunch today! My husband had the ribeye which was also really good. We shared a side of mac and cheese- we were not impressed with that. It was more of a sauce poured over some pasta. We shared a desert of tiramisu- WOW- really light but really, really good! What a nice way to celebrate my birthday. We are going back tonight for more prime rib!

My husband and I love Aspens. Their chef is wonderful and the food is always superb. Their "early bird" specials are a great deal. The service, environment, food and wine make this my all time favorite place to eat!

take her here for dinner. It's the best steakhouse without driving 30 miles.

This is the only decent restaurant in the area. They offer good dining, nice atmosphere and a great early bird.
