Collins Brothers Transmission

I was having transmission issue and I had already taken my car to the Nissan dealership who recommended me to replace the transmission for a 2nd time in 90 days. I was told to go to this shop for a 3rd opinion. When I tell you this place is a GOD send and the owner Artie did NOT take advantage of me at all (beings that I am a woman). He was so knowledgeable and took me into the bay to show me I did NOT need a new transmission. He took me on a test drive with him and explained what the transmission was doing and what it wasn’t doing. He saved me the cost of a rebuilt/new transmission. He even installed a wheel bearing for me for half the price the dealership was trying to charge me. Ladies please take your car to Collins Brothers Transmission and repair, I promise you, you won’t be disappointed! They have definitely earned my business and I will be spreading the word about how great his prices are too.

Pleasantly surprised and pleased with the experience at Collins Bros on my 98 Chevy Tahoe. Artie is a honest guy that was deligent with his work. I had an ignored broken shifter cable that needed to be replaced and an unknown reason why my NEW battery was draining. Artie didn't take advantage when my battery cables were only not tightened all the way and gave reasonable pricing on parts and labor for shifter. I will be doing business with Collins Bros again and recommend them.

That mythical beast, the honest mechanic, actually exists at Collins Brothers Garage. The charges for work done on my car were reasonable and far from expensive, and I was referred by a friend who raved to me about the quality work and reasonable price for work on her vehicle on different occasions. I can't say enough good things about this place and the personnel there.
