        Overall

        I love to spend time here with a friend. It's a creative place with wonderful coffee and sweets. The managers are very out-going! I will have a book signing here from 12-3 Sat. 13th. Stop in! Charline Payne

        Wonderful

        I took my Pomeranian here for the second time today and was extremelly pleased.The staff is amazing and very caring. If you want your pet to be treated like a prince or princess then take them here.The owner is on a personal basis with both you AND your pet which makes it easier for us pet owners to feeel more secure leaving our babies there. Try it out!!!!

        employees not wash hands

        We went there for coffee breaks to order and my hubby warned me that a male employee did not wash his hands after cleaning the glass door. I immediately told the female cashier," please tell him to wash his hand". She laughed and told him to wash his hands which he did.



        Also, those white 3 gallon buckets were opened without tops with raw green coffee beans right to human traffic toward outside back yard seating.



        Naturally, we will not go back there after her attitude laughed at my request to wash hands.

On behalf of the staff who served you, I would like to apologize for the response of laughter and any negative feelings or confusion that it may have caused. At Cool Beans Coffee we adhere to the GA Department of Human Resources Health Codes and Inspection guidelines. When our green beans are shipped to us from New Orleans or Miami, they come in very large burlap sacks that weigh up to 75 pounds. Because these sacks are hard to move, we empty them in to smaller plastic bins. It is my understanding that you caught us during this process. Again, thank you for your feedback. We hope to better serve each customer thanks to information like this.
