After driving out of state to purchase a car- my entire experience has been anything but pleasing! My first experience at his dealership, should have gave me a clue to run like hell! Approaching the first sales rep I immediately told her what I was looking for and that I would be paying cash. I ask her if the price would be negotiable and her reply was "nothing will come between us as far as a sale". Cool, so I test drove the car, sat down to negotiate a price. She wrote my offer down on a piece of paper and returned with a reply written down that said "we are many moons apart"! RUDE. No counter-offer, NOTHING, they let us walk. He (the sales manager) insisted on the listed sale price and would not budge. The person who referred me to the business called them the next day and spoke with this lady, she was very rude, loud, and I was later told that their conversation was overheard throughout the dealership. My friend hung up and called back and spoke with a gentleman, who told him to have me comeback and see him personally, in which I did. Trip #2- I purchased the car, price was non- negotiable, but was told I could pay sales tax in my state (NC) which is cheaper than Ga., however- the dealership added an additional charge of $500, for what they said was a DOCK FEE if I chose to do so. During this process construction was going on, sounded like non-stop jack hammering. While doing the paperwork they took my vehicle to have fluids checked etc. We waited for over an hour for the car to be returned (after paperwork was complete). I made my journey home, and my check engine light comes on. It was pouring the rain and the handling of the car was unbearable. After returning home, I take my car to a BMW specialist. No fluids were topped off, NOR did it even have windshield Wiper fluid. I feel like the vehicle was pillaged because after returning home with the car, the trunk cover had been removed exposing the under carriage of the car. The BMW specialist changed the spark plugs, oil, and also replaced coil #3 which was triggering the check engine light and causing the car to miss. In addition, I had to replace the 2 back tires which were mismatched from the front and completely bald. There is still more automotive work required! Now on to the title work-- I placed a phone call to the dealership explaining that the tag was expiring on Feb 6, 2015. When I purchased the car I was short $1400 in which they set up in two payments, the last payment was to be made Feb 22, 2015. They told me they could not issue another temporary tag and that I would need to send the remainder $700 to release the title. Why did they not issue me a temp tag to cover me though Feb 22, 2015?? I asked that question and they did not have an answer. I had just sent them the first payment of $700 three days prior. Jennifer said she would figure something out and call me back. I never received a return phone call. To make a long story short, today Feb.13, 2015, I paid the remaining $700 just so I could get the title work so that I would be able to drive the car, which is my only means of transportation. I was back and forth on the phone today with EZ to get my title overnighted, which also was a struggle. Think twice before dealing with this company!!!!
