Family Auto genuinely cares about helping people and always gives me very fair prices. They go above and beyond. Last time I was there, they noticed that most of the bolts were missing on the splash shield under the car and replaced them for me free of charge. I have recommended them to many people and will definitely continue bringing my car here!

I would never recommend using this so called mechanic shop. They are VERY unprofessional, answering the phone with a muffled hello is where it starts on a down hill slide.

I came in for the $39 alignment because it was cheap and that's exactly what I got cheap service horrible attitude they even messed up my alignment I would not recommend this company I think they loosen up parts on my engine and try to destroy my truck when I went back and told him

This shop is absolutely horrible. Its a wonder they've managed to remain in business for so long.

I took my car in to have a steering rack replaced and while they successfully replaced the steering rack, the broke the exciter wire on my alternator by letting it hang from its mounting location and didnt fix it. They let me drive off the shop with it like this and my voltage gauge went low. They told me I could bring it back but before I could my car literally caught on fire!... I had NEVER had issues with my car before I brought it here.



They tried to blame it on a missing bolt on my alternator, even if they were correct, they removed the alternator thus taking liability of it and did not advise me of the missing bolt. They then attempted to hold my vehicle hostage and their employee "Steve" attempted to start a fight when I demanded my vehicle back which resulted in a call to the police. The manager surrendered my vehicle back to me however refuses to pay for the damages, of which I have three witnesses who can confirm that this shop is responislble for. #1 Their own towing company. #2 The shop I had my vehicle towed to repair it who confirms this shop is responsible. #3 My family who was their at the time.



All of their positive Google reviews happened only within a month of my visit to their shop meaning they probably saw the review and did a few good oil changes and asked their customers to give them five stars...then their reviews stopped again... and the latest reviews seem more of the same. pathetic...



You choice what you wanna do but I could have did a better job replacing the steering rack myself if I had known the outcome of it was going to be crappy customer service after my car caught on fire.

I've taken my car here for a few issues at different times, and they've always taken care of me for the least cost I could find without trying to add unneeded issues.

The worst customer service ever.Requested for an alignment and they dint do it and still charged me.Beware of this place

paid $1,600 to have my car fixed at this place and picked my car up and 4 days later my engine blew up and now they don't want to fix my car
