Nail Xpress

Nail Express was AWFUL!
I use to go there frequently and get pedicures about 3 years back. Due to medical reasons and my immune system being low I could not get pedicures for a long time...

Well it was my birthday and I was so excited to get a manicure and pedicure. And I remember them doing a great job... Well not anymore they rushed me in and out like it was a fast food restaurant. My nail polish started to come off the next day and my Pedicure was absolutely AWFUL!!! They never gave me the remote for the chair and they barely even brushed my heels never mind use and of the other tools. I had to ask her twice to use the razor on my heels. I give myself a better pedicure in the shower everyday and that's a sad thing to say about a nail salon!!! Oh and she cut me, which is a nightmare for someone with a low immune system!!!

Definitely in search of a new salon. Will never spend my money there again!!!

Literally the WORST experience I've ever had. The guy who did my nails was at one point tapping the nail file on my finger and not actually doing any filing? He argued with me about the length, and still didn't listen to my requests. They treated me like a pest and if the actual experience wasn't horrible in itself, my GEL SET started crumbling into pieces. It's been two days and half of my nails are chipped and broken. This place should be shut down.
