Called Jones Plumbing based on the referral of a friend who had used them. The drain connected to my washer was backing up. They sent someone the next day, within the time frame they had quoted. Trevor was efficient, and I appreciated that he gave me a few different options such as 'This is the right way to do it, and here's how much it will cost,' and 'here's a way you can do it that will work, but you may have to go back and have it re-done if you sell the house.' Another plumber, I think the guy in charge, stopped over to take a look at it to see if there were any other options. We all agreed on a way to do it, and it got done this afternoon! Would definitely call these guys again and would recommend them.

Jones Plumbing sold me a water softener and installed it. It never worked right and the person at the front desk was offensive and turned me in to a collection agent because I refused to pay my bill. I paid it because I do not want a hit on my credit report. I called another plumber who showed me how they installed it improperly. It was never functional and probably did damage to the unit. He said it is not the first job where he has had to fix Jones Plumbing work. He said they would never warrant their work. I would avoid this shop at all cost.
