        We have had all of our vehicles and trucks serviced at 495 for over 15 years. We have never had an issue with the quality of work or the cost of service. The gentleman "Jim" that the previous reviewer mentioned is NOT the owner, he is the service manager. The Cappello family would NEVER treat a customer in that manner. I would highly recommend this service center for any type of work on your vehicle. They also have opened a new body shop down the hill and their spray booth tech is the best there is in the industry.

        Brought my truck in for service to 495 truck center. Was treated great from the office, and my truck was completed in a timely manor and everything was great. Thank you I would recommend them for any truck work.

        Don't bring your rv here!

        My rv has been at this place four over 3 weeks now. I was assured there able to install a simple cb radio. Not only they cut into my dash board crooked it's sticking out A back yard job could have done better. Then they to nail me for a nine hour labor job. Now my rv has an ugly radio i went to pick it up they broke my air brack line and will not fix it and alarms are going off. I can't believe a professional business like this would allow a truck to roll out of there lot like this.
