Metco Tire & Auto Service

I've been taking my vehicles to Metco since I moved to NC. Oil changes, tires, larger repairs; they do good work for fair prices. Very friendly owners, skilled mechanics. I'm very happy to give them my business, and I highly recommend Metco.

On a dark & misty Valentine's night I drove alone in my new pickup bought thanks to my Dad who scrimped & saved. Tired, I stopped on a hill, by a church, & rested for a bit. When I started to move out, the truck seemed as if something was wrong - I couldn't make a sharp turn to the right, and the tires seemed to grab. Certain that somehow I had messed it up in the hills & hollers of Appalachia, I took it to Metco in Mars Hill, Madison County, North Carolina. And even still more tired, I got a ride with Mr. Seth of Metco to a nice hotel nearby. Later, midday, the concierge informed me that someone from Metco had called to say the truck was ready. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the professional crew of Metco had found & fixed the problem promptly, allowing me to get on my happy way through those hills & hollers, over the river, & through the woods, back to my beloved Fox River in northern Illinois. Hoorah!!! Thank you all, Seth, Cathy, & crew. Y'all keep the light out for me, cause I know I will for sure have more problems as I toot along through the beautiful American South, and all the rest of this wide world as well. Aloha, you all!

Worst place I have ever been. The guy who runs the place is a condescending prick. Don't take your vehicles there.
