1st Choice Home Construction

Hello, first of all I'd like to thank Shay for the awesome job on my Roof. I had a roof that was in incredibly bad shape, I had two leaks and had water dripping into my living room. I called 1st Choice Home Construction and Shay gave me a pretty good estimate over the phone letting me know that it could be more if there were underlying issues so there was no surprises, he had someone out to my place the following morning. The issue was flashing around my skylight. The young man inspected my roof for damage entered my attic to inspect for water damage and got to work. He let me know that my roof was nearing the end of its life span but not to fret. He called Shay and gave him dimensions and Shay quoted me a fair price for roof replacement.
I got a few other quotes and decided to go with 1st Choice Home Construction after talking with Shay and reading reviews I've found through other sources. My roof was done in two days and looks terrific. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I called 1st Choice on Monday about a leaky roof, and it was repaired Tuesday! My call was immediately answered by Shay, who gave me a rough estimate, and said someone would be out the very next morning. Nick showed up on time and clearly and thoroughly explained all my options. I decided to have him do multiple things and agreed to the cost up front before any work began.

Nick worked hard the entire day. He kept me posted on his progress. When he was done, he tested the roof by running water over the leaky spots. Nick even straightened part of the gutter that was spilling water everywhere. After the water test, he went back up into the attic to check to see if the leaks were indeed fixed. I'm really pleased with all Nick's hard work and how friendly, professional, thorough, and informative he was.

I got to know Gabe first hand and found him very respectful and knowledgeable of my roof problems. He explained everything thoroughly and was very patient with my questions. I would recommend 1st choice to my friends and family.

Needing a repair done can be tedious, but not so with 1st Choice Home Construction. My repair was job one and getting the whole job done in one visit made disruption to my schedule a non-issue. I was please with the thorough and professional workmanship.

Before meeting Shay in person or even hiring him, he spoke with me on the phone for about an hour and anwsered all of my questions and was very informative, patient, and helpful. After setting up an appointment a few days later, Shay came out and did a thorough job of inspecting our roof. He explained everything in detail so that we could understand it and was able to point out things that could be waited on to be fixed and things he suggested be fixed sooner so that no more damage would take place. He was honest and knowledgeable and we will definitely be using them in the future.

I called in the morning as I had just learned about some missing shingles on my roof. They were able to fit repairs into their schedule and the work was completed on the same day. The work was completed quickly. It was good working with 1st Choice and Shay was great.
