Terrible. They have bad attitudes, don’t follow through or fix problems. Dont make the same mistake as me, don’t rent from them!

I have lived in 2 different locations managed by Bail Co/Richlin Properties and I have had the best experience I have ever had in renting from any management company. I intend to be with them for many years to come. The management office has gone beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy and taken care of. I have never had any previous management company treat me with such kindness. Without any hesitation I would highly recommend them to my good friends and people I meet. I would like to give them my personal thanks for all the hard work they do. Thank you for all you have done. Keep up the good work. :-)
