I’ve been a student for over 4 years. Shihan Michael Buttermark is very knowledgeable but also incredibly caring of his students. I highly recommend this school.

My son has been involved at TKC for the past ten years. This is a top notch facility, where the instructors care for each child, and always do the right thing (ex. Movie nights, bullying seminars, etc.). TKC has a long standing tradition of excellence in the NY/NJ area. If you want your child to learn from the best staff, look no further.

Our four year old daughter loves this place and instructor has great kid friendly ways of teaching they also have a thing a
called parents night out to where they help and teach and play with your child for about 4 hours will you go on a date it's a great idea , anyways our girl is learning a lot just in the last few classes bring your kid for the trial and you will agree

Think twice before you join! You will hear the teacher bad mouthing other karate schools which is not professional. The rotation is bad, most students don’t last past six months. Once the initial contract ends, hardly ever you’ll see anyone continue past that. Little kids are not allowed to use the bathroom or they need to do 10-20 pushups for using the bathroom. The teacher is almost always late.
