        Overall

        Service was unacceptable, installation of stereo took about 2 hours, they lost the instruction manual 2 days ago and are still trying to find one, They took over 4 hour to install an alarm system, they kept stopping work on my car to start new ones, the car was not cleaned, there were peaces of wire, tape and peaces all over the floor. I will not go back, the minimal savings was not worth almost 7 hours lost waiting for them to finish.
