American TV & Appliance

I made appointments for service calls at my house and my office. They were next day at my office for a refrigerator repair, and it was repaired within two weeks. They never showed up for an appointment at my house, even after giviing me a work order #. They never followed up, either. Poor organization and customer service, I won't use them again.

No problem with the tech that came to me house. A part was ordered that was to take 3-5 days to come in. I called after 5 days and was told tomorrow the part would be in. I was told tomorrow for the nearly two weeks. I had to pay for the part up front. That was probably my fault. They never called me back when they said they would. I was passed around from one person to the next when I called. Earlier today, I was told a manager would return my call. That didn't happen either. Still waiting for my washer to be fixed. Don't use these guys. When someone screws up, they pass the buck. At one point they blamed the weather, the mail, the original manufacturer, and UPS. My last phone call earlier today with them, I was tod tomorrow. AGAIN.

I took my t.v. and first they tell me that one thing was wrong with it, and that was acceptable. After a few days that they had the t.v. they call me back and tell me that the component needs to be replaced. They either dropped the t.v. or replaced my component with a used one because their was never anything wrong with the component. Their customer service is the worst, unless you don't mind waiting an hour (and their was no other customers) for a simple return/cash back. They also said they would keep in touch to see what was going on with the television, and not once did they call me, I had to call everytime. They also sent my t.v. out of the city without my consent. This was a complete disastor-WORST TV REPAIR SHOP...
