With the change in healthcare we understood why Doctors in general have opted to charge patients for now shows. It is our responsibility to value our Doctors time as well as them valuing our time. I showed up to my appointment on time(10 minutes before my appointment) in order to fill out any paper work. I was then asked to proceed to my designated patient room at my appointment time. I only waited 2 minutes before Dr. Cavazos entered the room. He was very pleasant and professional. He explained with great detail my condition and how I got to this point. I appreciate the time he took to educate me. I left very hopeful. That was 5 months ago. Unfortunately, his practice closed in March due to COVID-19. I was sad to hear he closed and was later told he had underlying conditions that could be easily exasperated with COVID-19. Thank you Dr. Cavazos for your care! I am pleased to inform you that after your recommendations and my follow through I am pain free! Blessings to you ALL!

Extremely rude service. In order to be seen you MUST provide them your credit card information incase you don't come back. That is unheard-of. I was welling to pay anything my insurance wouldn't cover. But leave my credit card information,so it can endup in a dumpster un-shredded and available for someone to use. I don't think so. That's bad business along with horrible medical practice.
