I was hesitant at first to try this place since all I could find were Facebook reviews. In the end, I went to them (July 2017) because they had the exact vehicle I was looking for (2007 Suburban LT) at my target price range. I made my trip from Laredo to McAllen and they were everything you look for when purchasing a vehicle. No pressure tactics, super friendly, and accommodating. The vehicle was super clean inside, out and motor. It looked like it had been detailed and was in excellent condition. They went out of their way for me to feel secure and safe after the purchase. I made the trip in a car rental and they were nice enough to take me to the airport for return and bring me back to the lot. They even did an overall inspection on fluids to make sure it was in tip top shape for my trip back to Laredo. It was a really good buying experience.
I have to add that after the purchase I waited for my title and plates a number of weeks longer than I had expected. I became worried and would contact the owner of Tellez frequently for updates. He would always answer and provide a response to my questions. At some point, I even lost my cool and he never did with me. He was always cordial and professional even with a heated customer, which says a lot about customer service.
I highly recommend this place and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.
