The lady postmaster is the worse excuse ever. They lost a package over a year ago and she (after weeks of complaining higher up) called. Was very rude, acted like she was talking down to me, etc. Then she said she would look into it (it had a tracking number) and I have not heard from her in over a year now. I had the slip where they supposidly attempted to deliver it but they say I was not home. (Just to lazy to bring it to the door) Anyway, I attempted to have it redelivered and they can not determine where it went to. They just gave up I guess but as I said they will not answer any further questions. Investigarion by I guess their area office headquarters in San Antonio could not even get this local Postmaster to respond. They even told me that it was ridiculous, (her lack of Professionalism) Now I see these advertisements about our "hard working postal employees!" Haha... That is really funny.. at least here in McAllen TX! An organization headed by someone as worthless as this person makes it very hard on the actual workers under her that are trying to do their job. (if there are any)
