Starbucks Coffee

We were on a long trip and stopped for a “good coffee” my surprise was the time we had to wait, then when I got my coffee, it was cold. I requested fresh coffee and the lady ignored my request, there was a gentleman who offered to make fresh coffee and that was very nice of him, as I was waiting for my coffee I decided to go to the ladies room and there was not toilet paper, there was a lady in the next stall I asked her if she would pass some and she said there was not toilet paper there either. I’m very disappointed since every single Starbuck has been a 4 or 5 ⭐️ But this is an exception. The amount of trash was... ( I had to attach a picture since I cannot believe it myself)
