I have had nothing but great service from Hess Garage. Elvin and his staff are knowledgeable and give great customer service. I used to take my vehicles to a "ministry" to work on and Hess Garage rates are very comparable and they gave me a great deal on a set of "Tiger Paws". These are all hardworking decent people. They have looked at all three of my vehicles and have no problem working on them.

Had 2 vehicles taken there. the first one had a bad timing belt. after 3 weeks, we were told the engine had bent valves. we were charged for diagnostics and storage. A few days later, another vehicle was taken and sat for a month without being worked on. Both vehicles were charged storage and diagnostics, but upon inspection by the people they were sold to (both trusted relatives) neither vehicle was ever even looked at. Alvin Hess has been in business a long time, although how is beyond me!
