Nu-Air

This company is extremely unprofessional and they don't know what they are doing. They have been trying to fix our dishwasher since September, today is mid November and I still don't have a working dishwasher. Besides the fact that they are very rude on the phone and change their mind about their appointments, when the technician comes in the house, he sits on my kitchen floor and googles how to fix a dishwasher on their smartphone. Today after multiple appointments and multiple parts changed, they still don't know how to fix it. Worst company to make business with, from the receptionist, to the technicians. In one of my appointments the tech showed up in a carpet cleaner van, nothing to do with the electronics... do not make the same mistake we did. I would have been able to buy a dishwasher by now with all the money and time spent here.

My 2 year old samsung oven stopped working called Nu Air to get it repaired they scheduled me in a couple days later and repaired my oven the same day for a reasonable price.

I also had them clean out my heater and chimney vents in the past.

They did a clean job and finished when they said they would.

The owner came out personally and was a very nice guy.

this company did a terrible job at my house. They are out there to scam people
