Imperial Auto Repair

If I could I would rate them 10 STARS!!! I took my car to another shop to get a wheel alignment that I thought I could trust. This shop told me that I needed another part, a tyrod end before they could do the alignment. I was referred to Imperial Auto by a friend, so I called and made an appointment. When I got there Craig the owner greeted me was very friendly, asked for the keys and directed me to the waiting room. About 20 minutes later Craig entered said you are all set. I inquired about the tyrod end and he said they all were fine. Right then I knew I had found a mechanic I could trust. Another friend of mine needed a new clutch, he had estimates of $900, $800. He took it to Craig and paid $600!! He fast, does quality work treats people right and he told me that his shop does not go by the service manuals hours listed in the repair manuals that all other shops use. He called it, double dipping charging customers for taking off parts to get to the actual repair. Call Craig! Jerry
