        Overall

        My experience with the Service Department was extremely positive. Susie, the person at the service desk, was very kind in allowing one of their mechanics - Alfredo - to come and look at my camper even though it was later in the day and I didn't have an appointment. He was able to help me out with my issue without even needing to start a work order, and Susie was generous enough not to even charge me for the trouble. I would highly recommend this business to others for their friendly service and helpful attitude.

        Overall

        From the minute we walked in the door at McClains RV we were treated with respect by the friendly staff here. They all did an excellent job explaining things from features to financing and more. Steve explained how everything worked. Got us going back to MN. in one day.
