        Overall

        I. I was not greeted upon entering the store.

        2. The 4 associates were upfront the entire time talking amongst themselves.

        3. After searching the aisle for 5min, I went to the front to ask for assistance ( only to find what I needed was behind the counter).

        4. This location has poor customer service skills, and should attend etiquette training.
