Texas Window Tinting & Alarms

Do not get your windows tinted at this place. First, I called to get a price and they said that I would get a lifetime warranty with my window tint. Once I came in to drop the car off, the contract said three year warranty. I told the guy that the lady that scheduled me told me there was a lifetime warranty, so he scratched over three years and wrote lifetime. When I picked my car up, the lady that I paid told me there was no lifetime warranty, but a five year warranty. When I told her that the lady that scheduled me said lifetime warranty, she said she had no idea who scheduled me and left it at that. I think she's probably the one that scheduled me and she just told me lifetime to get my business, knowing all along that she would change it after I already had my windows tinted. So, the window tint looked awful. There was print on one of the windows that said the brand of the tint and where it was made. At least one corner of every window was creased and looked like it was folded before being put on my window. Whatever tool that was used to press the tint down had sharp edges because every single window has mutliple scratches in the tint. Some of the windows aren't tinted 100% - you can see a strip of regular window between the actual door and were the tint begins. A couple of windows don't have the tint cut properly. So, the tint is hanging off. All you would have to do is grab that little piece and pull and the tint would come right off the window. Apparently this place has been open since 1984, but I find it very hard to believe that they've been in business all of this time with the poor quality of service that I recieved on my car. Please don't waste your money on this place.
