This was my first service visit since purchasing the Maxima in May and truly applied the staff for an awesome job! Every one was attentive, professional and courteous. This is very usual customer service because it's not often this type of service is experienced on such a high level. I really felt important as a customer and know that I made the right decision in doing business with Trophy Nissan. Please give them a BIG PAT on the back especially from me!

Patsy is a great service advisor! She is always patient and very helpful with my questions. I appreciate her professionalism. I was actually early for my appointment, but there was someone there to greet me and let know that Patsy would be with me shortly and I was out in about an hour - great service!

From the moment I drove into the parking lot and met my salesman Kevin Teeter, I knew that I was going to have a positive first car buying experience. He was very flexible and accommodating and I felt like I was being treated with respect and honesty. I test drove two cars and fell in love with the vehicle and all that it had to offer. I am happy to be apart of the Trophy Nissan Family. This was the perfect choice to make!

We received excellent service at Trophy Nissan. We were not even planning on buying a car, much less a new car, on the day that we went to Trophy. As a matter of fact, we did not even get to Trophy until 7:30 Saturday evening. Kevin Teeter, our sales person, Candice Yarbrough, the finance person, were both great. We stayed until 11:00 Saturday night getting all of the negotiating and paperwork completed. I'm sure that they were all tired (because I know that I was) but I could not tell that they were tired or felt that they rushed me through the process because it was so late. I felt that everyone was helpful, honest, respectful and kind. This was our first time to ever buy a Nissan, and I know that we will definitely be going back to Trophy the next time we need a new vehicle. Overall, we had a great experience and are very happy with our purchase. Please note that Mr. Teeter told us about our first service appointment, but we were unable to meet a service advisor as it was 11:15 at night and they had already gone home for the day.

I recently took my 2006 Nissan Titan to Trophy Nissan’s service department for some in warranty work. I have a little over 70,000 miles on my truck and this was the first time I have had to take it in for anything!
I just want to say that my service advisor, Darren Poston, did an excellent job working with me and my time line to get the service I needed. Also, Mel Gonzalez was a pleasure to speak with when applying Zaktek process. It is nice to have these two men to deal with. Also I felt all of my concerns were resolved, I was overall satisfied with my experience and will return to Trophy Nissan for future service needs and recommend my friends and family!

I had recently became really interested in the Nissan Altima sedan and had been to several Nissan dealerships before landing at Trophy. They had a huge selection for me to choose from and they even had the metallic maroon color that I had my heart set on. The sales staff was great, I believe the young man I dealt with was Isaac, and their showroom was beautiful. I will be shopping for a car for my son in a few months and will definitely start with Trophy!

Im a first time buyer so I have had a decline or two but it seems the minute I don’t qualify I’m out the door.
Ryan over at this dealership negotiated with the banks and was capable of getting me financed why the others couldnt is beyond me but whatever they didnt deserve my business anyway. Trophy Nissan really helped out tremendously and I’ll be sure to send business their way.

I have always had good service here, but I recently purchased my new car here and wow what an eye opener! Really good deal, very ethical to the point of it working out better for me, and I left feeling good about the whole process! Thank you Ken for all that you did to help me out!

My wife and I have been here a few times but we come to service department all the time. Brad and Josh are great and the techs are always giving us great tips. They service my truck and her car in a timely manner everytime and keep us happy

I really appreciate this dealership for taking the time to really help me and wife and listening to what we wanted. We are happy campers, and no complaints. Everyone over there has so much energy and friendly to the fullest. We’re loving our new Nissan Quest. Fits us comfortably.

I was taken care of by the sales manager, and my new 2010 Armada is the nicest most comfortable
vehicle i've ever owned. Highly recommended. I got more than I wanted didnt think I was able to afford
the Armada but they cut me a deal I couldnt say NO to but i'm glad I didnt

I didn't have to pay, because my 2010 Nissan Maxima was just days old. We can always look and count on Danny to take care of our car needs. He has been our service advisor for many, many years. He takes good care of our cars. That's why we will alway come back to purchase a car from Trophy at Mesquite. I've gotten many compliments on my car. I always refer them to Trophy in Mesquite. I tell them about the great service we get and the way wer're treated like family. A.G/

I heard about Trophy Nissan through my son’s school. My son’s teacher Mrs. Buchanan bought a vehicle from trophy and said she was having a really hard time getting financed into a dependable car so I chose to go and check itout… trophy Nissan did it up! Luke was so much fun and she was right they do take care of you and treat you like a person. They even helped me drive my other car to my house without asking. I loved the attention they gave me and sold me a great nice car that I aint ashamed of. Got me a 2008 nissan altima now I feel like I can have a new start after having to drive an old car with no A/C for so long. I will make sure I send people your way. No Doubt!

Took my 1999 Pathfinder to them for repair - they ruined my engine and are now "graciously" offering to sell me a new or used vehicle so as not to deal with my "money-pit".
Very poor responses from management. No call backs - no follow ups and meanwhile no transportation for me.
Service person Dennis is the only one following thru with promised communications.
They are NOT a Better Business member but do rate an F with them. I wish I'd have looked into this before I entrusted my vehicle to them. 49 complaints filed against this business in the last 36 months. 27 were resolved, 20 were administratively closed - 2 WERE NO RESPONSE ! 15 involved Customer Service issues - 3 involved Repair issues.
Please do not get stuck like I have - investigate any business FIRST !!

I helped my son purchase a used Altima from this dealership. They lied about many things including the interest rate we were to receive and providing a second set of keys/alarm remote the day after the deal was finalized. The interest rate ended up being higher and we never got the items they promised. They were friendly and helpful the day of purchase but after that would not return any phone calls. I will never purchase another vehicle from them. They are not trustworthy.

i wrote them a check for a down payment, found another car that afternoon, called them told them to cancel the transaction or at least credit my money back to my acct, they said they would and not to worry about it. so i didnt worry. went on with my life. a few days later i'm over drawn in my checking acct, b/c they took out the money and didnt put it back as promised. so i ended up with several over draft charges at my bank from other bills coming in. notified them of the error on thier part and it took 3 days to get refunded my down payment, but they wouldnt make good on the overdraft charges that occured b/c of them. i told mr. grady, a manager of some type that i would notify fox 4's "whats bugging you?" department and he said " go ahead, we pay them $5,000,000.00 a year in advertisment, i doubt they will be sympathetic with you." bad business......buyer beware!!!!!!!!

This is the worst dealership that I have ever delt with. If I could give them no Stars I would. They lied to me and showed me a NADA Blue Book page that they said they printed from the internet showing the price for the exact vehicle they were trying to sale me. I found out later the car the page they showed us was for a model that was fully loaded. I can't believe how stupid I was for buying a car from them. They charged us well over $4,000 too much! Don't be as stupid as me. DON'T GO THERE! You WILL Regret it!

I went to this establishment on 3/31 and 4/1/08. Attempting to purchase a car. I was treated horribly. They tried to force a damaged vehicle on me. They openly discussed my credit, and tried to demean my character. They lied about the price I was originally quoted, and when I refused the deal. I was harassed out to my car. Deplorable treatment that no one should experience.
