        The worst service department that I have ever been to. You are on hold forever, and at times may even get disconnected while on hold. And when you finally get someone on the call to transfer you to the person who is handling the car repair, you go into their voice mail. I purchased my car and it has been in and out without the repair being completed. My husband has been there early enough to drop the car off and be provided with a loaner to be at work on time, but the service proved to be slow which became another effect on us personally by purchasing at this location. Once my car is finally repaired, I will provide another review on how it was handled this time around.

        The service department at CarMax in Miami Lakes is the best! They are honest and trustworthy. I won't go anywhere else for service.
