Toms Washer and Dryer repair

I found Tom's Website on the Internet and called him as my Samsung Dryer stopped worked it wouldn't heat just the drum would roll, he came the afternoon I called him and from what told him he knew the circuit panel was bad and he brought one with him, well to out surprise it didn't fix the problem so he said he'd be back tomorrow and the next day he kept getting bad or broken panels from the warehouse he buys them from so after 6 visits and all those bad panels he came today 8/12/21 and brought another one and to our surprise this one was good and my problem was fixed I've never met anyone more determined to get something fixed than Tom, my heart goes out to him for the amazing job he did and being so friendly and showing up on time every day and sometimes sooner . I'd recommend him to anyone with a problem with their washer and dryer, this person is triple AAA in my book, you couldn't ask for anything better

I called him on a Friday at 4:45pm and he said he'd come right over - and he did! He was going to grab a sandwich first, but decided he better come right away instead in case he needed something from the parts store before they close. Wow, that's service! He definitely knew what he was doing and had the necessary parts with him. He went above and beyond by shortening our exhaust tubing behind the dryer since the extra length can contribute to overheating. He gave me some brief safety advice (showed us where the water shut-offs were, recommended no one use washers and dryers while asleep or away), seeming genuinely concerned. He specializes in just washers and dryers, so he really knows his stuff. He works quickly but thoroughly. His business card says $15 service charge (that's low!) and 90-day guarantee, which he did let me know. I would absolutely use his service again and recommend him to friends.

Tom, was the 2nd call my wife made to get our Samsung Clothes dryer repaired. He will always be our #1 call in the future ! Sears service repair line is staffed by offshore call center who kept pushing warranty sales offers. Tom answered his own phone! Sears couldn't come to our home for 5 days. Tom was available within 24 hours ! He arrived with the replacement part based upon the issues described over the phone. He completely serviced our dryer and got it working in a couple hours. He was thorough and informative when explaining the problem and the work that needed to be done. I feel like I'm a graduate of washer & dryer 101 !

I went for a little while before I got my dryer fixed because of the price I thought I was looking at, but when I called Tom, him and his wife came out and knew what it was in less than a second!! Fixed the problem in about that same time period; could not believe it!! Talk about PROS! Reliable, friendly, and very, very professional; unbelievably reasonable! This is the first time I have needed service, but I know NOW who to call if/when I need it again. Called Tom's washer and dryer repair to look at a dryer that would not start. Tom is a very honest man and I find that refreshing in appliance repair people. He instructed me in how to adjust the timer/starter to stay running. His help was given a much less cost than I had been quoted by another Service.

After having my dryer not work for two weeks, calling multiple small business owners to come out and NONE showing, I found Tom through a friend. I gave him a call and he came out two hours later. Fixed my dryer, informed me of how a dryer works and what was wrong, and charged me only $50 to fix it AND look at it. Other places wanted $70-100 just to look at it! Very happy and will use him for future repairs.
