The other review about the air filter is out of touch with reality. You should expect higher prices for items like that. FastTrak doesn't go out of their way to rip people off, they OF COURSE upcharge on items they resell... or do you complain about the price of a gallon of milk at 7-11 too?!

They replaced my cabin filter free of charge and installed my wiper blades for me too. This place is awesome !

My previous oil change experience, at a M_ _ _ _ _e (195 Hwy No 36) left me craving for a place that does a job well done as well as provide courteous service. Well, it pays to ask around! I was referred to Fastrak and what a first impression they made on me! From the moment they greeted my arrival to the point I paid my bill, I was treated with repsect and outstanding customer service for an awesome price: couldn't ask for more! One of the service techs came to advise me of what my car would need and even asked about by missing oil cap (lost, thanks to the previous place noted above). When I explained this to him he asked if the previous place of business had at least offered to replace it: he was dumified when I said "No." Yes, you can believe it, this tech found an oil cap for my car and gave if to me free of charge- you better believe I tipped him! I made sure to let them all know that they earned my business and recommendations for always.

RIP-OFF

My daughter, a trusting soul, just paid $29.99 for a Air Filter. Yes, a Air Filter. Called the Hyundai dealership, and that same air filter, from a dealership costs $13.00. So, Fastrak, either buys very expensive air filters, or their crack service department, feels it necessary to charge $15, to unscrew a nut, take a filter out, put one in, and tighten a nut.

God knows what this filter could have costs at a normal auto supply store.
