This company is getting away with stealing from people in need,they don't do a good job and they charge more than they tell you over the phone,I don't recommend them.

I would recomend this towing company to anyone I know that needs a tow. Everyone I had to deal with was pleasant and professional. There is nothing worse then having your vehicle break down in the middle of the night and not being able to get someone to help you but this company came through without any problems. The tow truck even showed up much faster then they had told me it would take to get someone out to me and the operator was one of the nicest people I have ever met. The price was more then reasonable as I had expected to have to pay much more. I would do business with them in heartbeat if the need should ever arise again. Thank you Regional Truck Service!!!!

This is The WORST Towing company ever. No one could give me a price before hand, During and i had to wait 45 min after the tow was done just to get a wild price. I was charged for 17 miles to tow my motorcycle that i helped put on and take off the flat bed, that wasn't even tied down right cause they only showed up with 3 tie's, cost me 245 dollars. It was Highway robbery at its fullest. then i tried a phone call looking to have someone read me the quotes for the pick up and the Man on the phone told me "I don''t have time for this, The phones are ringing off the hook.". then he hung up on me. i will push my vehicle off the I84 before i let them touch anything again. its the worst i have ever seen. My bike was stuck at mile marker 13, so how did it accumulate to 17 miles. where did the 4 miles come from. Either way i never recommend Regional Truck Service Inc.
