Billy stated he would be at my house at 10 am est. he was on time. The outside of my F150 pickup truck had what seemed to be sap or pollen on the car. He cleaned inside and outside. The truck look better than when I got it brand new. Immaculate cleaning. Very happy customer. I will recommend him to my friends. I will definitely use his service again.

If I could give Klean Karz Mobile a ZERO, I would. We paid 200.00 cash for two full detail cleanings. Our appointment with Billy Hogwood, owner of Klean Karz, was at 1:00 showed up at 1:30, not a good start. Billy showed up with two children (helpers) and started cleaning. All was done in a few hours and we paid in cash. Minutes later we got into our CRV a noticed the windows had not been touch at all inside. Dog nose smudges, forehead smudge, loads of film. Honestly, this was one of the main reasons we hired someone to clean our cars... windows are always a huge pain to clean. I immediately tried calling Billy, no answer. I then texted him, including pictures of the extremely dirty windows. Billy did get back to us within the hour via text. He stated he was using a new cleaner and that perhaps we could meet him somewhere to have them re-cleaned (the windows were NEVER cleaned). I did not pay someone 200.00 to forget a major part of cleaning a vehicle and have to take the time out of my day to meet him somewhere to fix this issue. I told him it was not possible to meet and he said he would "try to get by the next day". I texted Billy the next day, early evening and did not hear a thing from him. I just texted him again asking about his 25 years in business and customer satisfaction guarantee. Hopefully he will respond. I am completely unsatisfied with the job he did and even more unsatisfied with his lack of customer service. I recommend not using his services.
