Zero stars would be more accurate. This place is a JOKE. They give you the run around to get a title and trip permit for a vehicle you paid CASH FOR. Extremely unprofessional liars.

The most unprofessional car buying experience of my life. One month later and I’m still waiting for the title to my vehicle that “Mo” keeps promising is “in the mail”.

Saw a vehicle on Craigslist being sold by “owner.” But, in google searching it comes up affiliated with Mars Inc. i talked to someone. Said his name was Jeff. I asked if vehicle was being sold by the owner or a sales situation. He said he owned it but ai had to come to his work. We set a time for me to come, but he wanted a text 20 minutes before I would be there and then, while his name is Jeff, I’m supposed to ask for Mo.

This doesn’t feel right. This is a car being sold as if it’s for a private individual, but it’s being sold at a llace tbat repairs and sells used cars. Too many red flags here for me to consider buying this “great” vehicle that is clearly underpriced... well, unless there’s a readon for that...

I’m a woman, but I’m smart. So, I’m taking the clues.and not buying anything from Zmars or anyone who “just works there.”

Worst car dealer ever sold me a overpriced car told Eric I was not trying to finance a car over $5000 end up convincing my how much of a deal I was getting only to find out I’m financing a $7,800 car that has no break pads bad rotors bad clicking under the engine CD player doesn’t work radio staticky even though they told me no problems and everywhere I’ve gone they said I shouldn’t of been charged over $4000 for this vehicle the day I bought the vehicle they didn’t even let me drive it home because the owner wanted to drive it with his family that night and theywe’re suppose to call me in the morning to let me know when my vehicle was ready to be picked up I had to call them all day until 7pm then I was finally able to pick up my vehicle I had to drive my vehicle for a month with no trip permit had to wait for the finance company to send me plates and Eric told me I was going to be able to get my bumper fixed for free before I purchased then after I purchased the vehicle the owner told me they can fix it for $800! they don’t even try to get you in something you want they trick you into purchasing anything to get there money !!!!! HORRIBLE DEALER HORRIBLE CARS TACKY AND NASTY DEALER!

Worse dealership ever. Eric sold me a car he said was awesome only to find out tire rods are broken and several other issues. I am stuck in a contract and a broken car. Don't buy a car here they'll rip you off.
