My son and I came to this location and we had a older guy try to do an engine check on my sons car. He acted as if he had a problem doing that, then as we sat there and the truck battery dies and my son goes in to this establishment to ask if they could charge the battery so we could take the vehicle home and he said that they don't charge batteries when it clearly states on their window that they charge batteries for free. This was the worst experience with this guy. The only thing that really saved the reputation was another young gentleman that came out and he ended up doing what we asked and then some he was GREAT!!!!! you need to keep him and get rid of the people who have no customer service skills. The only reason why I gave one star is because I had to.
