They are a smaller shop, so they obviously don't have as many parts readily available as a dealer, but they are still pretty fast. Their customer service is superior to all of the other auto repair places I've been to. I take both my vehicles there, and when an older car needed a pricy repair they took into consideration the fact that we might not want to spend a lot of money on a high-miles vehicle. Once during the winter, they saw me leaving the shop on foot with my young son. When the work was done, they called me and asked if I would like them to drop the car off at my home since it was cold out and i didn't appear to have another ride. This is the only place i go now.
