Charlie Appliance Repair

What a disappointment!! Called for service, took of work to meet at their convenience! They were 2 hours late. I would not have had to take off work! After checking my fridge out, he decides I need a new fan but he had to order it. I specified I needed the fridge desperately 9 days later as I had 75 guests coming. He "guaranteed" it and they wouldnt disappoint! After 5 calls on my part they said they would fix it the day before (Friday) my gathering. First they were coming before noon, no show, I call, then by 2, no show, I call, then by 4 (now to late for me to hire someone else), not show, I call....sorry maam, wrong part was ordered! Do not EVER hire these people! Zero customer service and even less accountability!!
