Rude , rushed non informational service advisers. This place fixes things that your vehicle doesn't necessarily need and were on the questionable side of things from my experience. I have been to numerous Jeep dealers and the pattern really seems to be the same. These jeep dealers would rather charge you a diagnostic fee and not correct the concern then want you to leave happy. This is my personal experience yours may be different..i would recommend buying a Chevy to avoid nightmares when service is needed. The worst part is how most advisers just don't seem personal anymore ..they treat you like a number instead of establish a lasting customer relationship. Ridiculous ..really truly ridiculous. Watch out for the tool bag service managers they don't care about complaints anymore either as its clear mine wasn't addressed. Everyone just moves with their day and hope the phone doesn't ring anymore about a matter trying to be addressed.
