Perfect Image Detailing

I brought Perfect Image Detailing a very sad, neglected car --and the results were unbelievable!
Dolokaen and his team took a very, very, dirty, smelly car and restored it to a clean, drivable, sellable condition. The car had disgusting biohazard smells and was stained beyond recognition of the original fabric color. Doloken successfully removed the stains, cleaned the carpet, cleaned and conditioned all surfaces -and removed the smell! Not only was he kind, and understanding about my time limits to get the car completed, but he was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Perfect Image Detailing. Go on line, make an appointment and just wait until you see your car- you will be astonished. I rarely write a review for any service provider, but Doloken and his team at Perfect Image Detailing deserve this review.

I had an appt. with Adam Baird, Fredericksburg VA, 540-847-9114, (set up on July 21st) for detailing at 2 PM today (8/2/14). He has not shown up. In spite of repeated calls, he has not returned calls, answered my messages, cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or done anything. I wasted 2 hours waiting for him to show up. Is this how Perfect (?) Imaging works?
