Had a really pleasant experien...

Had a really pleasant experience with the service department. I called and was directed to Mark, the head of the service department. Described my problem and told him I would be getting the vehicle towed in the next day. The next day, I receive a call from Mark asking if I had dropped off my car yet because he didn't see it in the lot. I have NEVER had a service rep call me to check if I had dropped off the car or not. He gave me a call to let me know that the towing agency got the vehicle to him safely and that the vehicle would be going on the bench the same day for diagnostics. Kept communication very high through the rest of the process. I also had a separate issue I forgot to mention at the beginning and he did not charge me any extra to diagnose it which he definitely did not have to do.

Mark treated me the way every customer wants to be treated - with respect and courtesy. He was very prompt with service and more importantly he communicated with me through the whole process. I felt at ease the whole time. I will definitely be back the next time my car has an issue. Thank you Mark!

WORST SERVICE CENTER EVER

they have the worst service reps. none of them know what they are talking about. It would be better if they actually have the mechanics themselves be the service rep. If it wasnt for warranty then i wouldnt bother dealing with them. save yourself the trouble and buy your Infiniti somewhere else. Or dont bother with their service departments.
