I had vehicle repaired here, they did awful job and stole personal property and owner nor manager did anything about it, but they were aware of issue because he asked if I had gun taken!!! Failed to return calls!!! BEWARE

The owner told Kenny upfront that he did not want to repair this vehicle but Kenny was insisted on bring his car. When the owner called Kenny to inform him that he did not want this vehicle, he got ugly and cussed Mr. Rettig. One of our bodymen stepped in and told him where to go to get his car fixed.

Mr. Terence showed up with the notion that he was taking this car without payment. We explained to him that we did not the work on the door and there was no warranty and he agreed to pay for repair over the phone. When he arrived to jumped in the car without paying and drove off, leaving his wife to answer for his actions. We called the police and eventual showed up to get his wife.

Beware! Do not trust the owner at Rettigs or do business with him. He quoted me a price and day to come back to get the work done. After I drove through massive traffic to get there as scheduled, dropped my car off, arranged for a co-worker to pick me up, the owner called me up and told me to come get the car and that he had changed his mind. What a liar. I own a business and if I promise you something my word is as good as gold. The owner's word at Rettig is unbelievable.

Only one start because I can't give less! Worst costumer service ever. I didn't to had them if 1 r 2 things out of pocket only because they told me they would warranty a door panel that they painted once b4..they do the make to take me for 600 and then tell me they cant do the warranty work because it's not theres. Now it's going to cost me 700$ for something that should have been no charge according to records pulled up on there computer.. I feel I was treated the way I was because I'm a black male..it okay! u will never c me the again

I was in an accident in October. Rettig's was highly recommended by a friend. While they did a fine job with replacing my bumper and tire wheel, I've had to bring my car back to them three times because something else is wrong with it. The manager said he remembered my car and that the gauges were flickering back in October (I was NEVER informed of this until I brought it in this time). I dropped my car off yesterday and had to CALL THEM to only find out "there's nothing they can do". If you need body work ONLY Rettig's is the place to go. For mechanical issues, take your vehicle elsewhere!!!!!!!!

I took my 2010 Toyota Corolla XS to Rettig's after someone backed into me in a parking lot, denting my front bumper. I received excellent service and had my car back and road ready in 3 days. I will definitely return to Rettig's for all my future Auto Body needs.

I dropped in here with some minor scrapes on my brand new honda odyssey. The owner buffed out the abrasion for me in 5 minutes and didn't even charge me. Everyone in the office was super friendly and very professional. I hope I take better care and don't need them, but if I do, I will definitely be back! Thank you!

i wrecked my Passat a month back and my dealership recommended I take it to Rettig. Boy, am I glad I did! Outstanding service, quality, and detailing. My entire front end was smashed in and it only took them 2 weeks to fix!! Incredibly work too. In fact, my car looks better now than it did when i bought it! So impressed!

This place has the worst customer service, the manager Bob, was extereamly rude, and disrespectful. He got so rude with me because I had to bring my car back 3 times, because it was their error. And its still not right. Please entrust you vehicle to some other body shop, especially if your accident had mechanical damage. They put my car back together wrong and gave it back to me the first time with NO OIL IN IT! after they had drained the oil to "fix" it..... Scary!

I will never recommend this place to anyone. My brother backed into my brand new car and destroyed the front end. I took it to Rettig's because that is the place that Eastern Shore Hyundai uses, and I trust Eastern Shore, so I figured I would have a good experience. NOT. Had it brought in for repairs, they quoted 5 days. They kept it for 3 weeks and did not notify the insurance service, so I was without a rental car. Also, Rettig's did not quote for a new headlight, which my car obviously needed since the headlight was completely destroyed. Idiocy. I should have known then to take my car elsewhere. At the end of the 3 week period, I got my car back. The new headlight had condensation in it (Obviously installed incorrectly), and the entire front end had been put on crooked! So I took it back to Rettig's. They 'fixed' it, and when I got it back the brand new paint was destroyed and the 'new' headlight looked like someone had taken a grinder to the corners! So I took it back a third time. Keep in mind, they had my car for almost 2 months altogether. This time, it is still crooked and the new paint is bubbly and unprofessional. I have not completely resolved with them yet, but I am through letting them touch my car. They ruined my brand new vehicle, when in fact it should have been as good as the first day I bought it. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Just know that I will never ever ever recommend them to anyone. In fact, I am going to tell people to specifically never take their vehicle to Rettig's. They are rude (they hung up on me several times because they didn't want to pay to 'refix my car') and they obviously do not care about the quality of their work.

recently i had my Lexus Rx 300 in Rettigs body shop for repairs. the lexus dealer recommended them. The repair took 5 days and they called me as the repair progressed. they called to tell me the car was ready. went to pick my vehicle up and was greeted by the manager. he took me to inspect my vehicle before i paid. they detailed my vehicle. It had not been this clean since it was new. with Rettigs you are not a number but a customer. Thank you.

I have a Lexus LS 460 and had a $21,000 repair done to my car. I was totally awed struck when they drove the car from the back. I did not recognized it. My car was black and the paint was so shiny I thought I was looking into a mirror. The car looked brand new. I guess I am amazed because of the way the car looked before the repair and when the insurance did not total it out, I thought it would never be the same. I WAS SO WRONG!

It drives like a dream and it is just beautiful.
