We bought new Flexsteel chairs from Al’s Furniture, as we were replacing our old chairs. They had a great selection of chairs and Mike, the representative we worked with, worked with us to find just what we wanted. Excellent service and we are extremely happy with our new chairs. We recommend them very highly.

Ricardo Lazaro was very professional, showed me a variety of sofa/loveseat options and answered all of my questions. I came back a week later and purchased the sofa and loveseat that I really liked. Ricardo again was very helpful, the furniture was delivered by the end of that week. I am extremely satisfied with the products, the service provided by sales rep, Ricardo, and the delivery team.

The store is very clean and has an excellent selection, the salesperson Alex was polite and knowledgeable. Alex helped us to find the right sofa, the two delivery men were polite and made sure we were satisfied with the location and setup.
I would highly recommend Al's Furniture to anyone that wants well built furniture and great service, after the sofa arrived Alex called to see how we liked it.

I have been purchasing great quality furnisher from Al's for 30 years. My recent purchase of Flexsteel sofas with contemporary style are a wonderful addition to my home and my new laminate flooring. I was able to select the fabrics in the design and colors that appealed to me. Sales staff is very helpful and knowledgable,

Last Sturday my husband and I went to Al's furniture to look for a curio cabinet. They were the only ones in town that actually had a few in stock. Costumer service was great. Ricardo helped us and the whole transaction was just a smooth process. My cabinet was delivered Thursday morning and we had no issues with the delivery people either. Now I am just enjoying my new piece of furniture. I will definitely go back next time we need something!

Stopped in and talked to a sales guy and was told the chair I wanted after looking for 30 minutes and it's in stock and in multiple fabrics so I said I will be back. I came in days later with wife and had to talk to a seperate guy and here the same thing again about this chair and that but I said I want this chair and I asked for an out the door price. I was informed again they had it in stock and in different fabrics and he told me to come back this weekend for the 4th of july sale so we did. Showed up and seen the chair was gone asked about where and a third person I had to talk to which is ridiculous tried to run me through the sales pitch again. I told him I wanted that chair. Two guys said it was in stock and I was told to come by this weekend and now it's gone. He said in stock was only floor models so they didn't have any in stock and all he could say is sorry. No help and a huge waste of time.
