Thieves! $536 to tow our car 6 miles. Glad he rolled up to "help" as I was sitting with my husband in an ambulance. Never ever use them! They take advantage of you at your lowest. Thank for nothing. I would've rather left it on the side of the road.

Chris from C&M helped me get my van out of a snowy ditch on a steep, slippery, narrow road. He tried for over 2 hours to tow the van out from several diff, angles with no luck. He could have said sorry I couldnt help and been on his way. Instead he stuck it out and helped get it out with a come-along a neighbor lent me, taking turns rachetting and making sure the chain was attached properly to the frame. Great guy, great company, a true professional.
