        My BMW X5 had to towed in for roadside service. Mat from service took excellent care of me and my car. I was back on the road and made it safely back to home in Toronto Canada.

        Had my car inspected yesterday and waited for it (too cold to go anywhere) in the comfy waiting room. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the car was finished in the time originally quoted. Can't ask for more than that!

        I have the highest respect for the Service Dept. and Service personnel at A&L BMW from personal experience. I would not hesitate to recommend A&L BMW. I most recently completed my PA Vehicle Inspection - dropped off on Friday, and collected my vehicle on the next Saturday. Thank you.
