The customer service at this facility, Day Ford in Monroeville is deplorable. They don't call when they say they will (and this is the managers, currently I'm waiting on a part, that should be under warranty and Dan said that he would call me to let me know if the part would be arriving on Tuesday, of course he hasn't called).

The other thing they consistently do, or try, is to B L A M E you for faulty equipment. The must have gone to some type of Ford blaming school! The other concern is that even IF a part falls under warranty and they need to keep your car overnight (which is seems they always do) there isn't a loaner or rental that is available for the paying customer.

I am on my 3rd car from Day Ford and all my cars are service at The Day Ford Location, they have quality work and a great customer service.

I took my focus in to see why ...

I took my focus in to see why my engine light was on and to get my car inspected. They did the state inspection and the emission, which was okay. But as for the engine light, they charge me over $200 to fix this. On the invoice it states as follows "customer states engine malfuntion light is on, technician performed diagnostic check on system cleared code and performed drive cycle". When I left the dealer the light was not on, but a few days later, the light came back on. I called, he said to bring it back in. Don't understand, I refuse to go back, because i know that they will find something else wrong. Will never go back!!!!!!
