Andrew M. Wade, MS, RDN, LDN of East Suburban Sports Medicine is a Registered Dietitian. In addition to practicing at ESSMC Murrysville, he is the owner of A.M. Wade Nutrition Group LLC, in Pittsburgh, PA. (A.M. Wade Nutrition Group, or “Case Specific Nutrition” is a Dietitian Group Practice with contracts servicing fitness centers, corporate wellness initiatives, health and rehabilitation sites, and family medical offices.) And in addition to his practice, Andrew sits on the Board of the Pennsylvania Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as the Diversity Chair Task Force leader, writes and blogs for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and is a part-owner of Pittsburgh Fitness Council, a networking organization in Pittsburgh focused on connecting high-level professionals to improve the public’s understanding of coordinated care opportunities. Andrew received his Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Dietetics & Nutrition from the University of Pittsburgh in 2012, and completed his Dietetic Internship at Adagio Health in 2013. Then Andrew completed his Master’s in Wellness & Human Performance at the University of Pittsburgh in the Fall of 2015. Andrew’s most common patient populations include those struggling with healthy weight loss, athletes, and eating disorders.

After graduating, Madison worked for a year as a dietitian for WVU's football team. She then returned to Pittsburgh, where she spent time working with the University of Pittsburgh's football team. Madison has experience working in athletics, public health, clinical settings, and long term care. She provides nutrition counseling for weight loss, diabetes, eating disorders, athletes, hormone health, and more.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

After beginning her career in Arkansas, she relocated back to the Pittsburgh area, where she has worked in outpatient orthopedics since 2009. She is a certified clinical instructor and enjoys working with students from surrounding suburban PT and PTA neighborhood programs.

“I suffered an AC shoulder separation and was sent to ESSMC for rehab. Within about 30 days, my shoulder was much stronger with increased flexibility. Allison Wade of East Suburban Sports Medicine is a registered dietitian working at ESSMC Murrysville. She holds Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Pittsburgh in Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition. She completed her dietetic residency at the VA Healthcare System in Pittsburgh. In addition, Allison is a certified specialist in sports dietetics (CSSD).

Manual Therapy
Neil of East Suburban Sports Medicine received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duquesne University in 2015. He also received his Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in 2010. He now offers physical therapy treatments out of ESSMC Penn Hills. In addition to orthopedic and sports physical therapy, Neil’s interest and experience are in manual therapy and treatment of patients with spinal disorders. He is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Neil is a fan of all of Pittsburgh's sports teams. He is also an avid rugby player, having played in college and continuing today for the Pittsburgh Highlanders.
