I went to J. D. Byrider last week on Thursday and started with Shanna and started all the paperwork and came to a problem with my license and she informed me on what I needed to do and so I did everything and I went back out yesterday on Tuesday June 2nd 2015, when I got there I ended up meeting Maria Hertzog and we started finishing up the paperwork and she does know what she is doing and she informed me that I needed to finish some other paperwork and then after I finished that up, we talked for a little bit and she showed me 3 cars that I was eligible to get financed and the last car was a pt cruiser and I told her that was not a car for me and it wasn't, I ended up getting a Chevy impala and Maria made the rest of the paperwork go easy and she had me smiling and she had a great attitude and an awesome personality which I loved, I wish all dealerships had someone like Maria working for them, they would probably sell alot more cars, I came back later that night and got my car and I let her know I was there and she said enjoy you new car, thanks Maria Hertzog, your awesome, keep up the good work, your a sweetheart, thanks again, rob

I just purchased my car from the Monroeville JD Byrider dealership yesterday 3/27/15 and had a great experience the whole way around. Thumbs up to our sales woman Maria Hertzog, my wife and I would like to Thank her for treating us like individuals instead of another number, she took the time to work within our budget, she talked with us and reviewed everything at an understandable level, she didn't pressure us into any decisions and she worked with our decisions, Maria is very knowledgable in her job and works great with the public, we couldnot have ask for a better sales woman, I went today to pick my car up 3/28/15 Maria was in the carlot taking car of another customer but still took her time to aknowledge my Wife and I and to ask how things were going, we would recommend Maria to any of our Family & Friends in need of a vehicle which I already have. I had the best experience ever T JD Byrider, my sales person was Maria Hertzog she was very pleasant and professional. I was skeptial about going there because I had been turned down a few times by other dealers but Maria insured d me that if I gave her a chance to help me she would not let me down. Maria not only got me into a great car but she did so with no money down. I am still in a state of disbelief, not to mention that she stayed 2 hours over after they closed to tend to my needs.
