Dr. Malhotra is a highly skilled vascular neurologist with special clinical interests in neuroimaging and stroke prevention. He treats patients who have cerebellar, ischemic, lacunar, and hemorrhagic strokes, as well as mini-strokes or TIAs. He also offers care for intraventricular hemorrhage, carotid stenosis, carotid artery dissection, vertebral artery dissection, vasculopathy, middle cerebral artery thrombosis, and complex migraines. At the AHA/ASA International Stroke Conference in 2019, he was awarded both the Junior Investigator Travel Award and the Paul Dudley White International Scholar Award as recognition for Highest Ranked Abstract.
