        If you like to be treated with dignity and respect, you want to go SOMEWHERE ELSE.
        The woman who helped me was very rude and condescending. I will never go back nor will I suggest anyone to go there.
        **Some basic and simple customer service techniques would greatly benefit this bussiness

        I believe that I was discriminated against because I'm black. Went to get my registration renewed and wanted to pay with my credit card which has my name on it. My name is also on my insurance card and registration renewal card with suffix Jr. on it. My I.D. also has my suffix. Was told she could not except payment because my credit card doesn't have my suffix. So, Because my credit card doesn't have my suffix on it, does that mean it's not me? I don't sign my name with Jr. nor Wesley, which is my middle name.

        Most helpful center in Pittsburgh. The staff actually care ! And they spend time to understand the issue and actually help resolve it instead of making people run pillar to post. Strongly recommend their center for Excellent Service.
